The Shepherds PathTerms of Use
Effective October 17, 2026
Welcome to The Shepherds Path. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you create an account for a child, you agree to them on the child's behalf and are responsible for the child's use.
Your account
- You must be an adult (or have a parent's or guardian's permission) to create an account.
- Keep your sign-in details secure: your Apple ID sign-in, or your email and password.
- You may add learner profiles for members of your household.
Free lessons and subscriptions
- Every account may take the first 10 lessons and one quiz for free.
- A subscription unlocks every lesson and review. Plans: Individual ($9.99 a month or $83.99 a year) and Family ($14.99 a month or $125.99 a year, shared with up to 5 other accounts using a family code). Prices may vary by country and may change with notice.
- Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling: if you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings. If you subscribed on our website, cancel from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. For website purchases, contact us.
- Lessons must be completed in order. Sharing your account or family code outside your family, or attempting to bypass the free-lesson limit, is not allowed.
Acceptable use
Use The Shepherds Path for personal, family, church or classroom learning. Don't copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its lessons, and don't try to access other people's accounts or disrupt the service.
Groups and chat
Groups let a church, class or family learn together and chat. Be kind. Don't post anything that is hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or that shares someone's personal information (including phone numbers, addresses, emails or links). Don't spam or pretend to be someone else. Group leaders are responsible for how they run their group, and may delete messages and remove members. Anyone can report a message or block a member from the message menu. We review reports, aim to respond within 24 hours, and may delete content, remove members, or suspend or end accounts that break these rules. Children's accounts can read a group chat, but can post only when a group leader allows it.
