Why we made The Shepherds Path

Most believers want to know their Bible better, and most of us have started a reading plan and stopped somewhere in Leviticus. We wanted something that makes a little Bible reading every day feel as easy and as rewarding as the apps that teach languages, without watering down the Word.

So every lesson in The Shepherds Path is built on the King James Version, quoted word for word. We explain the hard parts around the text and never inside it. We don't paraphrase it, modernize it or add to it.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

2 Timothy 3:16 · KJV

What we believe about the app

• Scripture first: the text itself, in full
• Joy over guilt: streaks and rewards that encourage, never shame
• Together: built for churches and families, not just individuals
• Safe for children by design
• Your journal stays on your device, and we never sell your information
