Questions, answered
Everything people usually ask before they start.
Isn't this just for kids?
No. There are three paths. “Just starting” is for adults who are new to the Bible, and “Know my Bible” goes deeper for seasoned believers, with harder questions and longer passages. The Kids path is there for families, but most of the course is written for grown-ups.
Which Bible does it use?
The King James Version, and only the King James Version. Every passage is quoted word for word.
How long does a lesson take?
About five minutes. Read a short passage, meet the people in it, and answer a few questions. You can always do more than one.
Can my church or small group use it together?
Yes. Anyone can start a group and share its code. Members see the group's weekly goal, the unit you are studying together, and each other's progress, and they can talk in the group chat.
Where can I use it?
On iPhone. The app is coming to the App Store soon, and Android is planned after that.
Is it free?
Your first 10 lessons are free, along with the free Bible stories and the verse of the day. No card is needed to start.
Can I switch paths later?
Yes, any time. Your progress is kept separately for each path, so you can move between Just starting and Know my Bible as you grow.
Is my child safe in the app?
Children use a Kids profile on a parent's account. Kids can't add friends or join a group without the parent PIN, can't chat in a group until a leader allows it, and never appear by name on public rankings.
Does it read aloud?
Yes. Lessons can be read aloud by a recorded voice, a different one for each path, and you can replay any step with the speaker button.
Who makes it?
It is made in Tennessee, USA, by believers who wanted a faithful, joyful way for their own church and families to learn the King James Bible.
