Epaphroditus
Brother, companion in labour, and fellowsoldier
Philippians 2:25
Epaphroditus was sent by the church at Philippi to bring a gift to Paul while Paul was a prisoner. While he was serving, he fell so sick that he nearly died, but God had mercy on him. He was more troubled that his church was worried about him than about his own sickness. Paul sent him home with great honour.
Yet I supposed it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labour, and fellowsoldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my wants.
