Micah

Micah was a country prophet who preached in the days of Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, the same years Isaiah preached. He warned Judah and Israel about their sin, but he also told where the promised Ruler would be born: little Bethlehem, the town of David. About seven hundred years later, that is exactly where Jesus was born.

But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.
